In Baltimore County, residents struggle to get access to the people elected to serve them. Meetings are filtered through staff, political connections, or insider status. For many, the County Executive’s office feels unreachable because the system is not designed for access.

The County Executive is not a king, the County Executive is a public servant. Access should never depend on who you are, how much money you have, or who you know. As County Executive, I will implement a formal, guaranteed system that allows any Baltimore County resident to book time directly with me, and I'm starting right away.
